Ply It Forward
from yourmonkeycalled:
Imagine: you’ve just washed your hands at a average-to-gross public bathroom. The Universal Hand Sanitation Tainter is having to hit that wet paper towel handle with your newly-clean hands. If there’s some paper already there, you can use that and then (this is the key benefit to you) use that paper towel to hit the handle a few times for the next person.
As far as I know, this is not a Thing That People Do. But it should be, right?
So: how can we make this a Thing That People Do?
Yeah, why not? Better yet, take a bat to the paper dispenser so they install driers. If they install bad driers that require you to spend 45 minutes to dry up, take a bat to those as well to force the establishment to get better driers. Rinse, repeat, until they learn.
For now, though, let’s all… ply it forward
